Constant monitoring and fault analysis, with a direct relationship with your point of contact. The goal is to relieve owners of the burdens of PV management: we take charge of the plant and provide the SunGuard production monitoring instrumentation.
The S.G.E. Operations Center is active 24/7. The SunGuard Energy Monitoring System records numerous variables every 5 minutes, for each device. Artificial intelligence makes it possible to predict faults and production.
In the event of a fault, we analyze historical data to avoid false alarms. A technician contacts the point of contact — owner, electrician or operator — and reports the fault, the most likely causes (installation, maintenance, etc.) and the consequences on production.

Remote web control of one or more plants, even with inverters, field boxes and revenue meters of different brands, from a single private interface. The SunGuard Energy datalogger — and from September 2026 also through compatible proprietary dataloggers — sends data to the datacenter: production, component status and environmental sensors visible in numerical and graphical form, with periodic reports and alerts via e-mail or SMS.
Access for installers, maintainers and owners from Web/App or from the InfoGreen information displays. The annual web license includes hosting, updates and technical helpdesk.

Standard web monitoring plus AI-integrated fault prevention and production forecasting. Advanced, periodic and customizable reports included.

On-site installation of SunGuard equipment (datalogger, Meteo Station, strings and other devices) and configuration of communication with inverters and the grid, plus system commissioning. Includes registration of the plant on the portal and the synchronization test with the datacenter. Turnkey service, in Italy and the EU.

In addition to inverters, the SunGuard Energy monitoring system controls the behavior of string currents at a high reading frequency (via SunGuard Energy electronic boards with hall or shunt sensors with 8 to 32 reading channels, SunGuard Energy Intelligent String Box and other compatible field boxes and equipment), revenue meters (including those with the IEC protocol) and other plant equipment (sensors, grid analyzers, digital modules, etc.)

Limits grid feed-in to the value required by the operator: percentage of nominal power, kW cap or zero export. Production is reduced only when needed, taking self-consumption into account.
