Operations center

The SunGuard Energy Operations Center is active 24 hours a day. We receive plant telemetry, distinguish a real fault from a transient and remain the sole technical point of contact until resolution.

From here, installer partners open tickets, review the history and follow every intervention with the same rigor with which we oversee the control room.
